People from Amsterdam and its surrounding area come all the way by bike especially for our cheese. That is why we call our cheese omfietskaas (cheese to cycle all across town for). Locals are very fond of our cheese; they relish the experience of having cheese from Kef. It is a sweet shop for grown-ups!

In 2014, we opened our second cheese shop on the Czaar Peterstraat, one of the most pleasant shopping streets in Amsterdam. It all began as an extension of our store on the Marnixstraat. What makes the store extra special in Oost is not only the quality of the cheeses, but also the attention we pay to our customers and the commitment we have to the neighbourhood community. Unlike the fromagerie on the Marnixstraat, this is more of a neighbourhood convenience store. For example, our customers on the Czaar Peterstraat have encouraged us to expand our selection of local Dutch farmer cheeses.
